Just in case you misunderstood Herzog & deMeuron's spectacular project “1111 Lincoln Road” in Florida (USA) as a parking garage (like we did), here is a very nice movie where its proprietor Robert Wennett explains that it is in fact a center for cultural and civic life: a three-dimensional public and social gathering space, used for dinner parties, photo shootings, yoga, or weddings, simply offering the additional option to also arrive by car.
